Metal Lathe 101 Part 2 In-Person
You MUST have completed Metals: Lathe Part 1 before registering for Lathe Part 2.
Continue your adventure with the Metal Lathe. Review the content learned in Part 1 and demonstrate competency of the 6 basic lathe functions, safety, and setup to the shop supervisor. Additional instruction over facing, dimensioning, drilling, boring, tapering, and parting will be provided if not covered in part 1.
Proficiency is determined by the shop supervisor and multiple visits may be required.
