3D Printing Bambu 101 In-Person

This two hour hands-on training  covers basic operations of the Bambu 3D Printers in the Electronics, Textiles, and 3D Printing Makerspace. Designs and fabrication materials are provided at no cost. Bring your laptop, and install Bambu Studio (free software link on canvas).

Registration is required. There are no seats available but a waiting list is available.

This training involves hands-on activities that may pose some safety risks. To participate in this, you must have completed the online safety trainings through Canvas. 

Please request access to the online safety training by emailing sictret3dprint@iastate.edu. 

  1. Log in to Canvas and go to Room 2222 Training
  2. In the Modules section complete:
    • Shop Safety Fundamentals and Hazard Communication
    • Review and complete the Room Governance Document and Sign-off 
    • Corresponding Equipment SOP Quiz - Bambu
