Wood Lathe 101 In-Person
This two hour workshop provides an introduction to wood lathes in the Wood Shop. Learn how the wood lathe functions and get a feel for operating the equipment. We'll cover some safe handling with various tool types and machine controls. Watch a brief demo on correct usage and then get the opportunity to try it yourself! You will have over an hour of time to practice the skills shown and discussed and ask questions with a Shop Supervisor.
