Metalworking 101 In-Person
This two-hour workshop covers preliminary training and an introduction to the metalworking capabilities of the Metal Shop. Learn to cut, bend, and weld sheet metal into a metal box. Workshop includes hands-on training for the baileigh shear, brake press and spot welder. This is not a full welding training, please contact sictrwoodmetal@iastate.edu for details about getting MIG or TIG training.
